Each week we create a " Cake of The Week" with the aim to provide our customers with something with a bit of
extra Ta Daaa! Usually a bit seasonal and on trend, or just something we thought up whilst rolling pastry! You can order a whole cake or buy a slice or two at a farmers market or food festival.

7th February -Banana, choc chip & Peanut butter Cake
Moist Banana sponge studded with chocolate chips, layered with peanut butter buttercream, topped with toasted peanuts and chocolate shavings
14th February - Valentines White Chocolate & Passionfruit Cake
A light passionfruit flavoured sponge, sandwiched with white chocolate buttercream, decorated with chocolate truffles and passionfruit.
21st February - Lemon Meringue Cake
lemon drizzle sponge, layered with lemon curd and lemon buttercream, coated in toasted Italian meringue, topped with crunchy meringue pieces and lemon peel.
28th February - Black Forest Cake
Chocolate fudge sponge, sandwiched with cherry jam, and vanilla buttercream, decorated with chocolate shavings and cherry flavour macaron
