Each week we create a " Cake of The Week" with the aim to provide our customers with something with a bit of
extra Ta Daaa! Usually a bit seasonal and on trend, or just something we thought up whilst rolling pastry! You can order a whole cake or buy a slice or two at a farmers market or food festival.

10th January - Strawberry & Vanilla Cheese "Cake"
Vanilla sponge, sandwiched with strawberry jam & coated in a cream cheese frosting, decorated with crushed biscuit and strawberry pieces
17th January - Vegan Blackberry & Agave Granola Cake
A brown sugar and agave sponge, layered with blackberry frosting and blackberry jam, topped off with blackberries and crunchy granola.....perfect for Veganaury!!
24th January - Chocolate Hazelnut Cake
Chocolate sponge generously filled with hazelnut buttercream and adorned with hazelnut macaron
31st January - Pistachio & Cardamon Cake
Pistachio & Cardamon sponge, layered with pistachio buttercream, drizzled with a glace icing and embellished with orange pieces
