Each product goes through a lengthy product development process, where we select the best ingredients available, test and perfect the recipe.
The ingredients we use are at the heart of what we do. We source as much from local suppliers as we can, and we carefully consider the quality of the product we put into our cakes and desserts to achieve the best possible result.
